First: Inspection Upon Delivery

Inspection means verifying that the received item matches the order placed in terms of:

🔹 You are entitled to return the item with a full refund in the following cases:

• The product has a defect
• A size different from the one ordered was delivered
• A complete mismatch between the product color and the website images

Second: Exchange Policy

If the item matches the order and has no defects but you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

• The customer bears all shipping and delivery costs
• The shipping cost of the replacement item must be paid
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any odors (perfume, sweat, etc.)
