This policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery times, and related responsibilities.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- Availability of delivery services depends on the destination entered during checkout.
- If shipping to your region is unavailable, we will notify you before confirming your order.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak periods or special conditions, processing times may be slightly extended, and we will notify customers accordingly.
- Once the order is shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be provided via email.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery time varies based on destination and shipping method:
- Within Turkey: 1–5 business days.
- International Orders (including Arab countries): approximately 5–15 business days.
- These estimates may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and delivery method.
- Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain amount, as stated on the website.
- Additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
5. Customs and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees once the shipment reaches the destination country.
- The customer is responsible for paying any such charges imposed by local customs authorities.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or message with a tracking link.
- You can track your order status at any time through the link or by contacting our customer service team.
7. Delays or Failed Delivery
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the customer will bear the cost of reshipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- All products are carefully packed to ensure safe transit.
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue.

9. Address Modification
- Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
- Once the package is handed over to the courier, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Customs Clearance Policy
1. Qatar
- Low Value (LV): Less than 1000 QAR
- High Value (HV): More than 1000 QAR
- Entry Declaration: 20 QAR
- Administrative Fee: 25 QAR
- 5% Customs Duty on shipments with CIF value exceeding 1000 QAR
2. Saudi Arabia
- Less than 1000 SAR: 15 SAR + 15% VAT
- 1000 to 10,000 SAR: 15 SAR + 2.25 SAR + 15% VAT
- More than 10,000 SAR: 15% Customs Duty + 15% VAT + Additional fees up to 500 SAR
3. United Arab Emirates
- Less than 1000 AED: No customs fees
- More than 1000 AED: 5% VAT + 5% Customs Duty
4. Kuwait
- Less than 100 KWD: No customs fees
- More than 100 KWD: 5% Customs Duty + 3.5 KWD fixed fee per shipment
5. Bahrain
- 5% Customs Duty
- 10% VAT on total invoice value
6. Jordan
- Fees determined by Harmonized System (HS) Code
- 16% General Sales Tax (some items exempt)
7. Egypt
- 60% Customs Duty on invoice value + 14% VAT (up to 10kg)
- Additional fees include clearance, inspection, and government approvals
8. United States
- De Minimis Exemption Removal: All shipments are now subject to customs and taxes regardless of their value (the $800 exemption limit is no longer applicable).
- Required Documentation: US Customs relies primarily on the Commercial Invoice, HS Codes, and Bill of Lading.
- Data Accuracy: Any inaccurate or incomplete documentation may lead to shipment delays or penalties.
- Payment Responsibility: Customs duties are to be paid by the buyer.
